Valentyna Nindypova Valentyna Ivanivna Nindypova was born September 16, 1946 in the village of Olexandrivka, Novotroitskiy District, Kherson Oblast. In August 1967 entered the College of Law at L’viv State University named after I. Franko, which she successfully graduated in 1972 with honors. By the decision of the state board of assignment V. Nindypova was sent to work to Chernivtsi Regional Department of Justice, from where in December 1972 was transferred to Chernivtsi Regional Office of Public Prosecutor. Since December 1972 till July 1985 worked on the positions: assistant of the regional public prosecutor, senior assistant of regional public prosecutor in trying civil cases in courts, senior assistant of the public prosecutor in general monitoring. Since July 1985 till June 1993 – associate assistant of the public prosecutor in Chernivtsi Oblast. Since June 1993 till March 2000 – public prosecutor of Chernivtsi Oblast. Fired due to her retiring on a pension. V. Nindypova has the rank of justice adviser of ІІІ degree. Rewarded by the breastplate “Honored member of the Office of Public Prosecutor of Ukraine” and breastplate “Gratitude for unexceptionable service in the Office of Public Prosecutor” І degree. Since March 2, 2000 till September 1, 2006 worked as an assistant professor at the department. She taught the courses: “Prosecutor’s surveillance and fundamentals of management in the Office of Public Prosecutor” “Operational–investigational activity”.
