Leonid Vodyanytsky

In 1993 Leonid Vasylyovych Vodyanytsky started to work on a position of the head of the criminal laboratory.
He was born May 1, 1935 in Krasnodar (Russian Federation). After the military service in Turkmenian military district (since November 1954 till October 1957) in November 1958 became a cadet of Kishinev secondary-vocational school police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kishinev (Moldavian Republic).
Since September 1960 worked as an officer of the criminal investigation department at Chernivtsi City Department of Internal Affairs.
Since November 1962 worked as an expert of scientific and technical group of the department of criminal investigation of Chernivtsi Regional Executive Committee. In November 1968 started to work as a head of the scientific and technical group. In June 1970 worked on the position of the head of the operative-technical department of DIA of Chernivtsi Regional Executive Committee.
In August 1976 he acted as the head of operative-technical department of DIA of Chernivtsi Regional Executive Committee.
Since March 1977 worked as the head of the department of private security at Pershotravnevyi District, Department of Internal Affairs. In January 1984 he was retired from the department of internal affairs. L.V. Vodyanytsky during his service was rewarded for successful implementation of technical devices while conducting examination and giving conclusions (decisions) (28.12.1963), for his initiative in investigating especially dangerous crimes and imprisoning of criminals (30.12.1966) etc, (8.07.1959, 25.09.1959, 12.05.1960, 29.12.1970, 4.04.1974, 20.07.1980), he was given medals:

«50 years of Soviet police» (21.10.1967)
«For unexceptionable service ²² degree» (26.02.1970)
«For unexceptionable service ² degree» (23.09.1977)

Leonid Vasylyovych Vodyanytsky taught the course «Criminalistics» till his death in 1994.
