Gennadiy Moskal Gennadiy Gennadiyovych Moskal was born December 11, 1950 in the village of Zadubrivka, Zastavna District, Chernivtsi Oblast. In 1976 G.G. Moskal graduated from Kyiv High School of MIA the USSR named after F.E. Dzerzhynskiy with the speciality „Science of Law" and received qualification of the lawyer, in 1982 he graduated from the Academy of MIA USSR with the speciality „Science of Law" and got the qualification of the lawyer – manager in the sphere of law and order, candidate of law, assistant professor at the department of operational and investigational work. In 1995-1997 he worked on the position of the assistant professor and was teaching the course «Criminalistics». G.G.
