Borys Khomitskiy 1998-2002 Borys Valentynovych Khomitskiy dedicated his life to the work at the department. He was born March 17, 1950 in the village of Zhvanets, Kamyanets-Podilsk District, Khmelnytsk Oblast. In 1980 he graduated from the College of Law at L'viv State University named after Ivan Franko. After graduating from the university he worked on different positions at the Office of Public Prosecutor of Chernivtsi Oblast. He taught: «Criminal and Executive Law» «Methodology of Crime Investigation Against the Individual» «Survey of the Scene of Action» «Peculiarities of Corporate Crimes». Nowadays B.V. Khomitskiy takes up a position of the Head of the Investigation Department at the Office of Public Prosecutor in Chernivtsi Oblast.
